Discovering and falling in love with BECCA

I have been eyeing up BECCA makeup for a long while now and in particularly their highlighter range but each time I would test the different colours and formulas, I’d get so confused about which one to pick that I’d end up leaving with nothing.

This month (despite internal protests of having too many highlighter products already) I decided to take the plunge. I think at this time of year you need an extra bit of sparkly to help your skin stay radiant so I left my money saving demons behind and placed my order.

So what did I go for in the end? The Shimmering Skin Perfector Poured in Rose Gold and The Glow on the Go Shimmering Skin Perfection in Opal.

This gift set is perfect for an introductory into the product and also the small size makes them perfect for on the go make up bags, and at £2o for the set, not a bad price at all.  You get a tube of Shimmering Skin Perfector Spotlight (5g) alongside a shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed (2.4g). The colour is a golden, peach-toned colour which is perfect for a natural sun-kissed look.

Pleased that I had two products to try in Opal, I chose The Poured Skin Perfector in Rose Gold. This is a beautiful warm gold infused creme with dusky rose tones. It is £30 for 5.5g so quite pricy but I think it is the most unique colour out of the collection so worth the investment.

Are you a fan of BECCA? Are there any products you’d recommend to try next? I’d love to know in the comments below.
